CoH question

    I was in two minds if I should have posted this in the tech forum, but more people here may have had a similar problem, here may be best.

    I downloaded the latest patch (77mb), I've got the gold edition with CoH and OF included, and it crashed while installing. So I downloaded the patch again from the THQ website. Crash again. I figured I'd uninstall the game, but the uninstaller crashed as well. My question is if I manually delete all the CoH files, can in do a clean instal with no trouble?

    2nd question, is there an advantage to installing CoH first or should I just install OF?
