    Hi
If you look at euro 2008 / GAA LIVE online on the RTE web site, or sports on eurosport etc, and you only have a download limit of 10GB, is LIVE Streaming heavy on your 10 GB?

A one hour programme on BBC iPlayer to download is 600MB. The streaming option is not as good quality so based on this i'd say that every one hour of streaming would download 300MB.

The streaming video is no where near the same quality as BBC iPlayer content, best thing you can do is install NetMeter and actually track your usage as you go, its free - http://www.metal-machine.de/readerror/
