pixmania repairs

    hi,
    i bought a canon ixus 860 from pixmania and now i have to send it back. the camera makes a noise thats picked up on the microphone when making videos.
    i have asked a few times and each time i get a different answer about wether i send the camera back with the charger etc or just the camera on its own.
    has anyone here sent a camera back to pixmania for repair?
    did you send it with the original packaging? and if so did you get it back ok?
    are they good for repairing stuff?

    oh yeah and i bought that zen insurance stuff off them so im covered that way.
