how to become a snooker coach?

    Does anyone know of any courses going that qualify you as a snooker coach in Ireland please? :o

    Thank you for that. Well don't like to brag but i think i'm quite good have been playing for many years bet jimmy White and John Higgins in tournaments here. Played Mark Selby a few months back had him on the ropes but he beat me.:D

    But if you are good enough to beat top pros how comes you dont know how to become a coach ? To reach that level you have obviously been around the snooker circuit years.

    What tournaments did you play white & Higgins in? Was it over more than a couple of frames?

    Hi Guys
    It was actually my gf that put up the post. Played em boys in exhibition matches in hotels over the last few years, memorable nights which I will never forget. Also played Ken twice, nearly had him the first time but for a kick(honest) with a couple of reds remaining.
    The night I played Jimmy White, Paul Hunter RIP also played four local lads. So sad to think he is dead and gone, a true gent of the game and I am delighted I had the privilege in meeting him in my life. Read his wife Lindseys book recently, very sad but very good.
    Anyway sort of give up the game recently as my Snooker hall clsoed as did many others, had a few great years at the game and still love it.
    Thought of doing some coaching so hence the thread.
