    hi all,

    i was using the recovery dvd from toshiba on my toshiba laptop and i had my external hdd plugged into the laptop. left the dvd running and went for a tea.

    when i came back everything was installed and i could run windows, when i realize that my external hdd has no info on it!! i went crazy. many photos, files, music and movies.
    music and movies is something i can download, but what about my photos?
    any help in a good software would be appreciated.
