Where to get a "Premium Rate Number"

Hi, I have an new idea, where can I buy a premium rate number, Google isn't showing much... is there a lot of fuss in getting one? I have a really simple idea but don't want to have to put too much effort into it. A premium rate number is the only way it'll work though I think!

I'd suggest ringing the various telecoms operators to see what they'll offer you.
