Signal problem on Skysports1 and other channels

A friend of mine says he has problems with SS1 and nickleodeon along with some other channels. He says sometimes he cannot get a signal and sometimes it will work fine. There are no trees in the way and he tuned the dish as good as possible with a satellite beeper but still having problems. All connections were checked and…

My Sky sports and other sports channels are fine. I'm having issues on about four of the Movie channels though, no satellite signal received error displays on the screen despite the signals being locked?.
