recording a skype call

I'm looking for a way to record skype conversations, I have some interviews to do and the people on the other end have skype , so I'd like it to be the software, anyone know if this is possible?

There is a software that can record anything you hear, great for recording streaming sound. I'll see if I can find the name again.
