NTL analogue to digital query

Has anyone switched over from NTL basic analague package to digital with broadband, phone etc. Does it require new wiring or just replacement equipment? For multiroom digital , is this more rewiring or will the existing cables suffice.

It's just new equipment. They will probably run new wires if you ask them too.
