Submission Grappling 18th oct Belfast

    I will be hosting a submission grappling event in Belfast on the 18th of October.This event will be to raise some cash to help out a young lad who trained with me and who has now contracted M.E.
    The event is open to all levels and ages,I will be using the weight limits as used at the NSGC.
    The event will be held in the Devonish Complex on the same day as the EFR event so we are hoping for a full day of competition.

    Peter sorry to hear about that.....but you can count on my wee group to take part.Gulat ( Indonesian Wrestling ) is only a very small part of our art but we will be there.I will be back in Belfast in July and will get in contact,all the best.........J

    I can't really commit to it at this stage it being so far away but I can't see any reason why not. I'd especially try and make the effort if I knew some of the lads from north that do the mma were going to compete. A lot of those mma fighters look like slick grapplers in their own right.

    cheers for the support guys,all the main teams from around the country will be attending as some of them will be on the EFR show later that night [ obviously fighters on teh show will not be competing at the grappling event ] so I hope to see you all there.
