However, ever since cd-wow got a makeover a few weeks ago, the prices have all gone up hugely. They call this a sale? Most of the DVD'S are over €20. Before the site was done up these sales used to have loads of DVD's at less than a fiver. And all the different regions is very annoying. I do not understand why everything is so expensive. The cd's are cheaper, but nowhere near as cheap as they usually are. Very dissapointing imo. The Play.com sale is alot better.

I agree. I was surprised at some of their prices. Play seem to be cheaper for the older DVDs.

+1 CD Wow is gone to crap - they had Pirates of the Carribbean at Worlds End advertised at €6.99 a few weeks ago they sent me a mail about it - I ordered it with a voucher for €5.99 couple of days later I get a mail saying the order is delayed a few days later again I get a mail saying they can't get stock and they cancelled the order - they used to be great but I won't be using them again anytime soon. Prices definitely aren't what they used to be either.

They've really tightened up on the vouchers too. I used to be able to pick up $2 vouchers on the internet for the US site, but they're gone now. I'd still recommend the US site for slightly lower prices (due to exchange rate) for most CD's and DVD's: www.cdwow.us
