I am not sure why they are upset but its fun to watch from what they are doing.

Last week they didn't empty my bin. I had noticed they totally ignored it and went out and called them, they looked at me and drove off.

To be fair to the county council when I emailed them I got a response in 10 minutes and someone came to empty the bin the following day.

So I watched them this morning emptying the brown bins. Of 12 houses in my street.
    - 2 of the bins are left in green section across the road from the houses.
    - 1 bin is left in the middle of the road. (that one was ours)
    - 6 bins piled up in one of the neighbors driveway, Seriously, he isn't getting his car out. Also one of those bins looks like it was thrown and has the top of it broken off lying on its side.
    - 3 bins left on the other side of the cul-de-sac as far away from the houses they came from.

I'm half inclined to complain to the council again except our bin wasn't that far away.

Take pictures and send them to the council. You obviously have some binmen that don't like bins

Then count yourself lucky you don't have big metal bins :(

They took your mickey and your bin?

    /token AH response.

Yeah, have a chat to the Council about them. That or else get someone from the residence association to do it, assuming there is one.

Or next time, wait in the bin and surprise them.

I was goin to suggest takin photos as well,

But, that waitin in the bin to surprise them sounds like a much better idea :D

report them, teh Council will fire them and replace them with some Polish blokes willing to do the job properly

Bin full of ice cold water, video camera, youtube.

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

Let's hope he specified it for the green bin and not just a landfill- those mickeys aren't biodegradable and depending on the person can give off nasty fumes.

we left €20 out with the bin at Christmas for a tip. Came home to find the bin emtied all over the driveway. They were about 5 doors down when i left for work and thats when i stuckthe envelope to the top of the bin so i know they got it. Neighbor says left them nothing and her bin was ok. Never again.
