Well most people on here are Irish, so pretty much all cricketers are foreign to us.

I'd go with Shane Warne, he's just a bit of a legend really.

Ed Joyce. Very hard done by from the England selectors who kept picking him in the wrong form of the game. Would be a cemented Test number 5 at this stage.

interesting ed joyce is being considered a foreign cricket player at this stage! Wasn't too long ago he helped us to qualify for the world cup!

Stuart Broad, since seeing him play for Leicestershire in a 20/20 , last season and thought could become a decent bowler in a few years. Its just refreshing to see a young man be so composed at such a high level so often.

He's not eligible for Ireland, so for my mind that makes him foreign. In this context anyway.

By the same argument TJ does not comply with this requirement, as he is eligible for Ireland.

I don't agree and would like to call on the 3rd umpire. The original post states "who's your favorite foreign cricketer. a cricketer other then the one from your native country who you love to watch bat or bowl" - TJ is not native to Ireland (technically) and EJ is - so technically you've bowled a no-ball..................or should I walk.................:D

Who could give nightmares to any player? Ask Warney he will answer who is the best foreign player :-) :-)

Without a doubt Shane Warne - an unbelievable bowler - could bat when the chips were down and a bit of a rogue - but most of all he was pure and simple an incredible competitor - especially when playing England.

I'll never forget the entire 05 Ashes series and what about day 5 of Adelainde in 2007. What a horror show but Warne just blew me away that day - I was mesmerised as were the entire England team.
