    I have a small business card site and would like to hire someone to do the SEO work on the site, can anyone recomend someone.

    1 person ... link building ... rewriting content ... adapting meta .. doing research into keywords ... and so on by their hourly rate

    Then you've got ppc campaigns and the costs involved in that.
