I just stuck GTA4 on a minute ago on my ps3 and got an update also. 19 mb in size.

Improved reliability and frequency of PS3™ online leaderboard updates.

Changed GTA Race and Race so that the last player remaining always receives a reward of $250.

These 2 are much welcomed. There were a lot of people having problem with their ranks being reset, so hopefully this solves that issue. But the second one is my favourite. It really annoyed me when I was winning a race and everyone else left, as it meant I lost out on any money due. This is very good news.
