Um, I never had email notifications turned on and for some reason I'm getting an email every time someone posts in a thread that I have. I went into my options to turn it off but I'm still getting them.

Is there any threads listed under User CP->New Subscribed Threads? Make sure to 'View All Subscribed Threads' and check notifications on them.

Go into that thread. Go to Thread Tools -> Unsubscribe to this thread.

There's an option somewhere to automatically subscribe in every thread you post in... The gremlins could have ticked it.

You had auto subscribe to threads turned on, I've just turned it off in your profile. I changed the email address those messages are sent from earlier today, which means your client was probably sending the mails to spam before this. Tut tut.

I noticed that, when my e-mail filters suddenly stopped moving my notifications from the Inbox. :D

You'll need to unsubscribe from the individual threads here.

I'd rather you didn't spambox our mailserver.

The 2 mails I received were for threads that don't appear on my subscribed threads list.

    Notification : None

Nothing in the past 24 hours though.

But if I do that, will they show up when I click usercp?

Nope, if you want them to show up there and not get email notifications about them, then you'd tick the boxes next to them in that list, and from the dropdown below select "no notification", then hit go.
