Rang Sky to ask about the multiroom price for new customers as per usual I was on hold for 20 minutes. Is it staying @ 7.50 a month? or is that just for the first year? Oh and how do you know what size sky+ box your getting? Cheers guys

Sky Multiroom subscription is €7.50 a month (normally €15 a month) in addition to your monthly Sky subscription costs. Half price offer is for your first year if you subscribe before 30 June 2008.

The Sky+ box will be the current standard one (V3) which has 160GB HDD, though you can only use 80GB for personal recordings. The other 80GB is wasted on Anytime.

Sorry to butt in but what exactly is anytime? And I have a Sky subscription without movies and sports. Am I right that all I have to pay for is the Sky+ box and no monthly subscription?

Sky Anytime on Sky+ is basically sellected programming is downloaded to the HDD for the viewer to use if they wish. It's usually a mix of all sorts of programming like docu's, childrens, films, etc. (the films on Anytime don't work unless you subscribe to Sky Movies)

No, there is no monthly subscription for Sky+, you just need any active Sky subscription. ie. cancel your Sky sub, and recording features go with it.
