Hey can anyone give me a list of good poker games in Waterford with a buy-in of less than 30e? Also, is Blazin Aces still 25e on monday and tuesday?

You won't really find any other "good" games at that price, simply because it's not worth the time to run a game with such a low registration.

Tonight is a great budget event and usually gets 40+ on a monday tuesday gets 30+ in Blazin aces
