Any good vets specialising in dog paw injuries?

My Collie has injured her toe and it now does not seem to close right. It is obviously causing her pain now and again as she can be limping now and again.

My local vet said the may have torn a ligament but seemed to think there was noting that could be done.

I don't believe that and am anxious to have my baby's toe put right as soon as possible.
