Not many people from here have been there based on the few threads that have already been opened on fuengirola.

Maybe best ask Tripadvisor in this case?

Yea I have been a few times - it's been relatively quiet this season so far so I wouldn't expect it to be crazy busy.

There isn't a crazy amount to do that differs from your regular costa del sol town. If you get a chance do try and go to Mijas Pueblo (there is a bus from the town centre that will take you there directly). It's a great village where festivals are regularly on and a bullring that has events every sunday.

Malaga city is 40-50 mins away on the rail also. It's a great city and lots to see there.

Would you believe I haven't been to Torremolinos (though I have been almost everywhere else).., it's v much a typical costa del sol town. A bit run down in parts but some good bars and restaurants.

    torremolinos is brill.
I stay on the torremolinos/benalmadena side.
    Loads of pubs,nightclubs,resturants there.
Great for my kids as theres tivoli world(theme park)
And not to be missed is the waterpark there.
Theres even a nightclub boat at benalmadena it takes you out a bit as long as you dont go overboard!
