Configure Outlook

    Hi guys,

    Not sure if this is the right place for this so feel free to move it!

    I configured my webmail email account to work on outlook using a manual configuration.

    The outlook is working well when it comes to sending email etc, but no emails show up in the inbox, even though they are coming into the webmail inbox.

    Does anyone know what the problem might be?

    Are you sure of the incoming server settings?

    Hi Sherifu,

    I am looking at the outlook mail settings for the email address in question now.

    The incoming mail server is exactly as it says it should be on the webmail. Its just mail.xxxxxxxx.com...should there be more to it?

    The port also matches? Make sure you have the right username and security settings also.

    username and password are correct...not sure about the port

    The webmail should have details of all the important settings.
