How do you add up time minutes and seconds in an excel spread sheet.

For Example I have the following times in a column H : M: S 00:00:41 00:00:40 00:00:12 00:01:35 00:00:18 I wish to add them together to see how many total mins and hours I used on the phone.

try formatting the cells as time HH:MM:SS and then add the values

As mentioned above, format all cells correctly & use sum function, for example: =sum(C2:C150)
adds up all the info in the cells C2,C3,C4........C148, C149, C150

Just ensure that the cell you put your sum function is formatted in the same way as your call details are.
