Career Path (where from Here ?)

    I have worked in IT for almost 13 years, in a variety of roles. In the last few years I have moved away from the technical area, and more towards management. I am not a Project Manager, but I am doing a lot of PM type of work, and have managed small teams.

    Question:
    I feel that the PM role is the next step, but I do not want to limit my options, and hence would like to talk to someone, or read a book that would help me figure out my next career path move. Can anyone help me ?
