    Vitamin C RDA to be reduced from 1000mg to 500mg.

    Monsanto + Round-up + patents on organisms/biological 'technology'. = destruction of traditional farming (saving seed) in favour of business interests.

    Ban on the use and promotion of natural, holistic, traditional medicines, therapies, herbs and remedies, St. John's Wort, Wiccan/Pagan practice.

    It seems to be happening, bit by bit.

    Start growing fruit & vegetables in window boxes, spare land etc.. Join or form a community garden.

    I think the OP is lamenting the the seperation of modern Humans form their food source, in the old days the majority of the population grew their own food and had best practice systems for the germination of seeds etc

    nowadays it would appear to the casual observer that the majority of the population (well in Western Societies anyway) are far removed from their food supply and have no basic concwept of how difficult it is to produce.

    add to this the perception that companies like Monsanto are trying to phase out organic seed collection in favour of their engineered solutions


    Basicly we shoulds all get allotments to augment our families food supply and teach our children important life lessons
