Hotmail Hacked-Help!

I noticed that Blisterman had a similar post a while back.I logged into my hotmail account today and saw a number of undeliverable messages had bounced back.I didn't send anything, one of my mates mailed me back saying what?? the message was :

    "Hey
    How is going now !
I got a good webiste ,that guys sell electronics, the price is cheap and quality is nice .
    Go and check it :www.3coffer.com"

The strange thing is that they didn't use/email all of my hotmail contacts. When i checked my sent messages all of them bar a few from over a year back have been deleted and are not in the deleted folder either.

I'm really annoyed as i've had this account for years and don't open spam or messages from people that i don't know.I've changed my security question and my password now but will this stop someone from getting in again??I don't use shared computers(just my pc at home and my own one at work).

Any other suggestions apart from changing security question+password??

Somebody who has you on a contact list has a virus, or your email address could have been generated automatically and put in as sender on spam.

    I don't think you've been hacked.

If in doubt contact hotmail and change all logins / security questions / etc.
