UPC box skips sky two

As the title suggests i've got the new upc mediabox(not the Dvr). My problem with it is that when channel surfing it skips sky two, so i'm on sky one (114)and press ch+ and it jumps straight to BBC Three (116). To view the channel i have to get up the mini epg and go back to it that way and select tune. Anyone else having…

Anyone else having this problem, i wouldn't bother asking but i watch a good few shows on sky two so it can be a bit frustrating.

Yep have the same problem, I've the DVR. I think it's to do with them rolling codes to beat the dodgy boxes. Try plugging your box out, must try it myself later!

If you go into the settings menu and do a search for channels it should pick up all your subscribed channels properly then...It will mean you have to set up your favourites again though.

this is always happening to me also. Keep having to go to Help then press the yellow button to reset the box. It's a pain, but the only way

As i said in my first post i have the new upc which you can't reset, i did try pluggubg it out but it never made any difference. Somehow its came right just over night without me doing anything!
