I was considering getting a factory restricted one of these. On a provisional with 1 year no claims, 23 year old male, is the insurance going to be ridiculous, or does the fact that its restricted have a big impact on premium:confused:

Only Aon recognize factory restrictions and give the appropriate discount.
I just got insured on an ER6-n with aftermarket restriction through Quinn, i'm 27 on provisional with 0 NCB and it cost €800 TPFT.

Only one way to find out how much it is going to be, ring the insurers. There are so many variables and the phase of the moon and strength of the wind seem to be among them

In Cavan there was a great fire / Judge McCarthy was sent to inquire / It would be a shame / If the nuns were to blame / So it had to be caused by a wire.
