I went Yesterday. I thought it was good. The crowds were not as good as years gone past but I would blame the weather. It felt like October or November you could see your breath it was that cold. Don't get me started on the rain and wind! All in very good. People were very very friendly and every stall holder seemed to have a bottle of whiskey! I was quite scuttered after talking to a few of them!
Funny enough the cold breeze brought on a neck problem I have and there was a chropractor there doing free checks. I got my check and am having a course of treatment with him for £20 game fair special. Another bargain I got was moulded ear plugs to protect my hearing for £65. Also got some good fishing gear for very little money also. Roll on Birr!
