Enable "Prefix" feature for forum moderators

Would it be possible to enable the "Prefix" feature on forums for their mods? The near-neon colours as seen on the Development forum would be a great way for important threads to stand out that much more from the rest of the crowd.

Even if just a single "Read Me" prefix was added it would help that much more to have important and/or stickied threads (charters, other policy threads, other important discussions) stand out that much more from the rest of the list. Any suggestions for other possible prefixes would also be welcome.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
