Whenever I try to save a GIF I just get it broken into about 50 images in Preview. Any way to save it as the moving picture?

preview is just showing each individual frame, drag and drop the .gif file onto safari or firefox then you should see it animate.

Or try a different image viewer; I use Xee but there are other viewers available.
