    Hello all

I'm looking for some advice about a PC I will be building (actually numerous PCs) which will be used for remotely viewing digital STBs. I will require 2 set top boxes to be connected to each PC and will need to able to control the STBs remotely, changing channels, menu's, etc. The STBs will be in a different part of the country. The IP end of it, as in getting the video streams from the STBs through the PC I want to build and to my own location is sorted. I'm assuming I'll need two video cards and some sort of IR blaster and a fairly decent specced PC for the full video processing. I may need to use both video cards at the one time which would require extra CPU power and I will also have device connected to view the incoming transport streams.

It seems reasonably simple but I'm afraid I may be missing something important along the way. Can anyone please advise?

    Thanks
