Repeatedly signed up for completely wrong tarriff by phone staff.

    I signed up for the o2 clear SIM-ONLY (30 day notice jobbie) recently in a CarphoneWarehouse. I asked for: 1. the 30 euro a month 175 mins tarriff. 2. a ?7.50 data add-on. 3. I specifically asked for NO INSURANCE (because i was just buying a sim). I get my first bill. What i apparently got was: 1. Insurance @ ?6 ex vat/mth. 2. Rental @ ?35 not ?30/mth. 3."12mth contract" instead of the 30 day o2 clear thing. WTF? 4. ?7.50 data data add-on wasn't applied initially (despite me repeatedly confirming with them that it was applied before i used data) leading to a mistaken ?22 charge for data usage which they say they will credit back. They apologised and say they'll rectify the rest of it as well but why do i not trust them? Does this happen often where what you ask for is completely ignored by the phone staff? Anyone else have similar problems?
