There's a bit of discussion over that in the Zombie forum.

I think the best way to dispose of zombodies is probably decapitation and then disposing the bodies in acid, in case the virus can escape airborne.

Viruses are submicroscopic particles composed of nucleic acid and protein. In contrast to other organisms, viruses can only multiply inside living cells.
