Ok - what green products have you got, and what are they like to live with?

I installed air-air heat exchange heating to replace free standing gas fire heating for the house.

Total price (for 2 units - sufficient to heat the whole house) was stg. 4700 (approx 6k euro). The heating bills have been reduced significantly and the heat is pretty even throughout the house but from the pure economic stance it will be at least 10 years before the additional cost is recovered...

Water heating is still gas boiler but I am considering adding solar tubes to reduce the cost of that - anybody got experience of them? Or anything else that I should think about?
