What am I selling?

Hi,
I just got a new K800i today when I signed up to o2 release, I already have the exact same phone, unlocked, and I got the new one unlocked too, but it still says o2 when you turn it off, this is just a theme I know, but with regards to wanting to sell it now, I see this one on Ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-SONY-ERICSSON-K800i-UNLOCKED-TRI-BAND-PHONE_W0QQitemZ230262582135QQihZ013QQcategoryZ3312QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem going for $295. Should I be expecting a similar price for this since it's brand new and has only been turned on to unlock it? I'll probably just put no reserve on it and see what happens, but will it work perfectly anywhere in the world considering it's been unlocked now (by providing the IMEI code to o2 when I rang them and they gave me an unlock code, I turned the phone on, pressed a key combination, got to the unlock screen, put in the code and it said it was unlocked), besides the 3 pin plug?

Just don't want to list it incorrectly when selling it, any feedback appreciated

You're selling an unlocked phone - the O2 stuff is called branding. It'll probably have icons for O2 specific features on it.

It's tri band, not quad band so it won't work everywhere.

I'd just find a good description on someone else's listing and cog that

Phone doesn't have wifi, but you can browse the net with it. I'm trying to find out how to offer worldwide shipping, will give it a go tomororw!

You're chances of selling it at a better price really really increase if you flash it! Get rid of the o2 branding (it's not "just a theme" - it's embedded in the firmware!), and update to the latest firmware! No one's gonna pay you that kind of money for a network branded model!!! Sorry...

I see it's not coming up now alright, that's because the auction doesn't start for another few hours I think I can see it when I log in myself (because it's my item).

I've actually dropped the buy it now to $250 (which is €160 ish) so if that was an offer from you and you want to buy it for €160 and collect in Dun Laoghaire today, let me know and I will cancel the auction

Yeah, it's normal that you can't view the phone. It's just a generic default picture anyway on my auction, I didn't take snaps of the actual phone as it's just the same.

Never knew of Expansys, but damn, The e51 is €260, the K800i is €165, I could have got the e51 for free aswell and made more off that hehe.

Where can you see it on Expansys for cheaper than my price of €160? I happy to sell it for a fair price.

K800i is a better phone imo, well for what I want it for anyway

Yeah, it's probably normal to say it's an invalid item because it's not listed yet. I have it set to start the auction in a few hours because it'll most likely get more attention at the time I have it set to end at.

If you want it let me know and I'll cancel it before the auction starts. Were you the chap who put a bid on the old auction?
