    Hi,

Does anyone know what distance a lap of Marley Park is? I alternate between two laps when I'm down there.

My long lap goes from the main car park heads up past the playing fields towards sandyford across the top and down past the playing fields on the other side.

My short lap is from the main car park and up the hill through the forrest then down past the playing fields on the other side.

    Thanks,

    R

its exactly 2 miles, start at the old par 3 golf entrance with the carpark at your back take a left down the big hill, then go right and all the way round and finish at the par 3 golf.
forget the old playground tennis court area and its on the button for 2 miles

Thanks Woddle. I'd hoped it was longer :o.

When you say forget the old playground area etc do you mean don't run around that area? Sorry, just want to know the exact route you're talking about.

it must depend on the loop you run, my loop is 3.1 miles, I prefer a longer loop
so stick to the edges and loop back also:

Turn on hybrid for a better view of it.

It's a lovely picture, but might be easier to link to Garmin Connect if you run it frequently using your 405.
