    Hi,

I have a paypal account, registered in Ireland. Now i live in Switzerland, i have a Swiss credit card too and i want to add this card so i can pay for stuff on eBay through Paypal with this card.

When i try to add a new card in Paypal the country is locked to Ireland. Is there any way i can add another card with an address in Switzerland ?

    Thanks in advance

I don't think you can do this, probably security reasons as most people wouldn't have two different countries for their address. You could just set up a 2nd Paypal account, using a different email address though.

Here's how you can do it
Go to paypal. Point to profile to select Add/Edit Street Address
Press the 'Add Address' button, enter the new address ( in Switzeland)
Ignore the fact that the country field is locked and disabled from editing.

    Save address.

Point to profile to select Add/Edit Credit Card
Add the information of the new card and for the billing address select the 'new' address (address in Switzeland). try to pay, should work :)

I can't really see why you wouldn't avoid PayPal doing something stupid like locking your account because of strange activity and not just sign up fresh both eBay and PayPal?

But maybe I should stop reading "horror stories" from a well know anti PayPal site :o
