Sky Box- Brittish menu in ROI

    Just got my Sky installed yesterday i got a SKY+ box and a multiroom regular sky box. Installer rang Sky got the cards switched on and said it would update in 2-4 hrs. It had the default UK menu system not the Irish one. Rang sky six hours later and they did some techy stuff and said it would update in 4-6 hours. Next day still no update , no RTE1 ,2 tv3 tg4 or the correct menu ?

    Second box still doesn't have my movies or sports decoded yet.

    Any suggestions , has this happened to anyone else ??

    Did Sky take you through the 'unplug at the mains' fix? I mean unplug both boxes then wait a few minutes and plug back in. Wait a minute or two and turn on the boxes and see what happens.

    Sky should have taken you through this.
