    There is an inline hockey club forming in Galway. There is going to be a meeting on Saturday, June 28th in the Menlo Community Centre (located here) at 2pm. The general secretary of Inline Hockey Ireland will be up on the day to start up the club.

    Anyone interested in playing or helping out should come along.

    After the meeting there will be a training session/quick match so bring your stick and blades if you have them. Helmet is also highly recommended and a groin guard too.

    If anyone wants more details they can PM me or just leave a reply on the thread.

    Theres 10 players at the moment but there have been a couple of enquiries off people interested in joining. We haven't played any matches yet but we've been training on Saturdays at 4 in the Menlo community centre.

    Just ordered a load of gear there so most of us will be kitted out by next Saturday's training session.

    Have you decided to come down for a look?
