My GF owns one and has being hassling me for weeks that she wants some films put onto it, how do I go about doing this, I will have avi files and I assume I have to encode them to mp4?

All advice welcomed, sorry if it's being asked b4 but didn't have time for a proper search as I'm shooting out to work now.

    Hey,

I use this free converter software from DVD Video Soft:

    Download here

Tried loads of other ones and they were all ridiculously slow or produced bad choppy video but a mate put me on to this one and it's worked really well, produces good quality videos and quite fast aswell!

    Hope that helps,

    R.

This question is covered in the PMP FAQ sticky. Specifically look at posts #7 and #9.

    Hope this helps.
