    From the 'being fleeced' thread and because I couldnt see any thread that would warrant my 500th post, thought Id post this

    I went to Tesco's at lunch to get, well, lunch for the week at dont get paid til friday and funds are low.
    For my 4.25eur
    I got loads but best of all Tea cakes (Tesco own brand of course) for 39c for 6 - anyone want? I have 4 left
    Plus got my lunch for rest of week - sweet:pac:

    I once paid €90 for tea cakes in the westbury for a couple of people.
    ****in hell, its basically the same as tesc tbh.

    No junk food is best eaten in moderation, they're best eaten in ridiculous amounts on every second Sunday. Two tubs of Ben and Jerrys for the win, yeashh! :p And thank you very much ;)

    brown bread - half price 1.17 gluten or wheat free special offer
    low fat soft cheese spread 0.85
    greek yogurt 0.85
    tea cakes - mmmmmmmmmmmmm 0.39

    an aldi is no where near me + they will go off in work for the week false ecomony as have some at home

    Tea adds to the tea cakes but tea cakes can still be enjoyed without tea. Tea is by no means necessary for the enjoyment of tea cakes.
