    Anyone done this yet?
I have seen a few sites an I am curious if its all a big scam or are there actually decent jobs (high level IT) that cover your relocation and dependants?

I am always suspicious of this type of thing, but again quite curious.

If you're worried about the legitamacy of caribbeanjobs.com I can assure you the site is genuine and is a part of the Saon Group which owns the majority of the major job websites on the internet.

Also most of the Telco jobs there are with Digicel which is owned by Dennis O'Brien formerly of Esat.

    You guys read my mind.

Thanks kindly. It just seems fairly badly organised and jobs can remain there for 6 months. As per most jobs advertised in IT I am wary of fakes.

A guy I worked with applied for a job with Digicel a year ago (some billing job) The flew him out for a week, this lad is pretty hefty and he soon realised he couldn't stand the heat so he turned it down.

I am an Aussie, so heat isnt an issue :) Its more curiosity at this point though.

Would you want to live over there?

I mean sure it's nice to go for a holiday, but from what I gather the residential areas are very different from the tourist resorts and not particularly safe... Correct me if I'm wrong though!
