Ive been there with work a good few times.

The one thing that really strikes me is the cost of thing and as you would be there on a stag, beer is very, very expensive - €6-8 per pint!

Nice city in general but a little on the quiet side for me if i was planning a holiday.

Copenhagen has great nightlife, but it's not cheap. So if you were planning on drinking plenty of beer, I would have thought that Copenhagen would not be ideal.

I'd head to one of the cheaper European cities, like Budapest or Riga.

    HEY,

Spent Easter in Copenhagen was not very impressed lovely buildings etc but super expensive and so quiet. Maybe if you get a cheap flight to there get the train to malmo in sweden we did a day trip cheap and only 30mins and a lovely place. Cant see it being fun for a stag maybe a city break for a couple. Have you thought of Munich its great? Enjy wherever you go

Been to Copenhagen a few times and had great fun. Am actually moving over there in September.

It's only quiet & expensive if you don't know where to go.

There's plenty of bars open till 7am and if you ask the very pretty locals, they'll be very helpful showing you where to go. Beer isn't expensive, it just varies more than here. I remember playing 8 euro for a pint in a hotel bar, but also ending up in a club that just served cans of Tuborg for 2 euro too, so just be careful.

Also, since it's a stag, go to the sex museum! :)
