    Hi friends, just wanted to tell you I feel like a new woman!!! Have suffered for over 2yrs with bad back and was in Waterford hospital today, had about 10 needles put in my spine Local anesthetic then injected with cortisone injections!! lasted about 30mins, wasnt too painful. Just wanted to tell you all as I feel great!! God, I hope it lasts.. night night :p
