Yep, buggered for the moment. Dont want to call them at €1.75 per min though! Something tells me that it wont be down for long ;-)

    Its still quite slow..
proving an age to go through the booking stages...would quit normally but the "free" flights offer is too good of an opportunity..

i'd imagine it's the free flights offers that has the site so slow, probably some serious extra traffic on it atm.

Its taken me 45 minutes to book flights because the site is so slow and has been all week.

Ryanair have really shot themselves in the foot with their new Website.
When you see a notice on the front page about the site being slow you know there's a huge problem that they can't fix.
I'd say O'Leary if fuming over it - I'd hate to be the poor incompetents that designed it. Bet they didn't get paid.
When you click thru and read the apology it doesn't exactly inspire confidence in booking online, bad bad news for Ryanair in these difficult times.
O'Leary has been really lucky up to this but now he's made two mistakes:
    1. Didn't hedge his fuel at $80 a barrel when he could have
    2. Hired eejits to design his website

Ryanair's website is a joke these days for booking..
have been attempting to book flights to edinburugh all morning, yet im not getting past page 2 of the process ...
i had the same problem a couple of weeks ago, while my friend couldnt check in online last week as he had difficulty with the website too(ended up paying at the airport).

A step backwards they have gone with their new website i think..

Also having issues with the website here, but could be down to my own ineptitude, so not too sure :pac:

When I made a booking for DUB->EDI on Wed, the final booking confirmation page showed a status of "NOT CONFIRMED: Booking is not confirmed until you receive email itinerary".

Haven't received the email yet, plus when I attempt to Manage my Booking on the website, using (1) the CC number to retrieve the booking returns "No record found". and using (2) my email address to retrieve the booking returns "details submitted do not completely match those on record". So, 2 different errors which makes things vague. Hmmm :/

I'm thinking I may have submitted credit card details incorrectly. Does anyone know of a Ryanair contact email address to help resolve this?

Also, like others, finding the site ridiculously slow to navigate.

EDIT: Think i've solved my own problem. http://www.ryanair.com/site/EN/faqs.php?sect=pnr&quest=notconfirmed. Just need to rebook. Bit strange they don't have a contact address or contact form on their site though. I guess Ryanair don't do Customer Service (obviously) :pac:

Ryanair website was not available to some users yesterday. Those affected yesterday still so. With a different connection was able to get on and book, but it very slow ( have a vv fast sys & connection ). However site would not acent ANY credit card - message '' credit card # to short ''. Rang Ryanair on 1570 22 44 99 ( € 1.75 / min ) Lady had poor english so it too 22mins and 17 secs to complete. Where's Michael when we need him ? - poor show Mr O'Leary.

i know its been a while since this thread was startd, but has anyone been having difficulty with the phone number input on the booking page? i just cant get it to work, and have tried to access the site on several different computers. i have tried the drop down menu with the different area codes, but the box remains blue and will not fill. means i cant continue with booking. probably just as well considering previous experiences. :)
