    Hi i have same date

    like this;
    1 .... .....
    2 .... .....
    3 -26 -28
    4 36 -53
    5 -40 -46
    6 ... .....
    7 56 -64
    8 -31 -29

    ı want to change this date like this

    1 ..... -28
    2 -26 -53
    3 36 -46
    4 -40 ...
    5 ... -64
    6 56 -29
    7 -31 ...
    8 ... ...

    one column go up a line other column go up two line but without copy paste.

    Why don't you want to copy & paste? Make a duplicate column to work with if you are afraid of losing data. There is no quicker way.
