    The news conferecne with the Foreign Minister is refusing to stream from the Brussels centre, has been on the colour bars image for ages.

    Don't know if this is a serious thread or not, but the Irish NO vote has started ripples throughout the EU. Charlie McCreevy has gone on record to say that if more people had been given a vote the result could have been even more negative. The UK has said that they won't tolerate sanctions against Ireland. Personally I suspect that we have started the rot that will eventually make the EU a democracy.
