Bridgestone Muay Thai is in the city centre. Fitness is a huge part of Muay Thai. "Martial arts classes" is very wide ranging though. What are your goals?

Classes off molesworth street and mentions beginners. They also have Blanch classes so maybe this is the same place you know about already? I thought they did take on beginners though...

you could always try www.whitecollarboxing.ie - punches and no kicks!
If you're new to MA though, I'd get as much info from here on clubs in the area and then go and try absolutely everything! From striking to grappling MA's. Even kicking might not be as bad as you think depending on your knees. I've bad knees and do tkd and for eg. running downhill on roads or sitting in a car for a few hrs would effect them far worse than tkd! Just an example anyway to keep an open mind and to try as many MAs as you can before deciding...

    good luck

    Simon
