allo is it possible to do a fast time on this, anyone know from past events? i've never run it or indeed on wet sand before.. does it take an awful lot out of you? don't wanna go wasting 15 yoyos if i cant do it quickly.. great team spirit i know..!

it is possible but you won't reach your road time, there is a rocky section and it is harder to get up to speed than on road.

was on last night - what a strange race..!

would recommend as a fun run/eve out as opposed to anything else. something to just jog about and enjoy the splashing and all that...
