Straight away, let me say I am somewhat involved in this swim (I live with the organiser). Escape from Spike Island 6th July at 7pm, leaving on ribs from Cobh Places are limited and entry is €50 which goes to the CF Build4life programme. Straight away, let me say I am somewhat involved in this swim (I live with the organiser).

Escape from Spike Island
6th July at 7pm, leaving on ribs from Cobh

Places are limited and entry is €50 which goes to the CF Build4life programme.

It might be of interest to people from the area or who are just cutting their teeth in the OW scene.
